Online Virtual Class Error

Solution :

1. Pease make sure you're give a permission (Click Allow Button) to your web browser for using Camera and Microphone. (Important step)

2. if you're using same web browser please Clear Cache & History, and try re-login your CTEX and join your online class again.

3. Try another Web Browser like, Mozilla, Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari (etc).
